Persimmon Cookies


from Lena Murray (Grace Baptist)

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. mashed ripe persimmon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 t. soda

Bake at 350 for 15 min.
Makes 3 dozen+
